Back from the Future

Ruari Black, age 11, isn't impressed by this sci-fi time-travelling show.

This show is in a tent which feels a bit like the inside of an igloo. All the parents sat on little stools and the kids got to sit on cushions at the front. The show was just one man who said he was from the future and had come back to change something so that his dad didn’t disappear. I thought we might get to help him, but we didn’t really.

He told lots of stories about time travel and there was a quiz. I’m not really into Sci-fi, so maybe it would be more interesting if you were. The character then told us a really long story about a king and a war. In the end it turned out it was all about Tony Blair and I don’t even know who he is! So it was lost on me.

This show was a bit boring and I wouldn’t really recommend it, so I’m giving it one star.
