So here’s what my show’s about in a few sentences and why you should come and see it.

It all started when I went to Mozambique in 2003, slept with a lady of the night, sort of by mistake and the condom split, worried about catching HIV, didn’t have it, worried a bit more that I might still have it, got better, went on a stag do, saw a midget burst out a suit case, then went on another stag do, got stabbed, twice, then worried that I had HIV again because the blade might have been contaminated, didn’t have it and came to Edinburgh to perform a show about worrying.

If you’re a hardcore worrier then my show’s right up your street. If you’re not and pretty chilled out, then I’m sure you’ll still laugh at my glorious misfortune.  It’s a true and funny account of all the things that have happened to me in the last 7 years and why I’ve spent most of that time worrying about stuff.

Also the show is about my journey of becoming a standup comedian and living my dream, so if you’re a fan of Rocky or 8 Mile then you’ll like this. I did a show in my first week, had 16 people in and 5 people got up to leave in the first 2 mins, I was half way through a story and didn’t want to stop and ask them why they were going. They really must have not liked the show. The 11 people that remained really enjoyed it and I just couldn’t get my head round it. It turns out they were in the wrong show and hadn’t checked their tickets properly before they’d come in- of course, I spent the whole show worrying about it!
