The appeal of body art and the reasons why people choose to get the tattoos that they do form the basis of the Bafta award-winner's latest comedy show. Open to everyone, both tattooed and pure skinned, this show uses audience participation and a library of some of the daftest tats ever inked to create a well-rounded and laugh-out-loud show.

Featuring a cacophony of the good, the bad and the downright bizarre, Show Me Your Tattoo handles the delicate subject with the utmost respect and care, while poking fun at some of the odder designs the Ayrshire-born Kirkwood has seen during his run at the Fringe so far. Following a set pattern of asking the audience about their tattoos, before asking them to design an image for Kirkwood to have needled on him after the Fringe, the show is a delightful and belly-busting explosion of energy, passion, honesty and banter, as Kirkwood's penchant for warming up a crowd and making them feel at ease gives the show an edge that many of its competitors don't have.

Tonight featuring fellow comedian and tattoo collector Jim Smallman as a very special guest, the show acts as a safe and friendly platform for people to open up about their tattoos and their experiences, while debunking any myths about tattooing. Hilarious, thoughtful and unique, Show Me Your Tattoo unleashes the misunderstood art form of tattooing onto the public, while revealing Kirkwood as one of the nicest, friendliest and fuzziest comedians on the Scottish comedy circuit.
